Everything except the document fee is fully refundable for 90 days.  Should you find a property you like better within that window, we will gladly transfer those payments toward a different property.

Almost all of our transactions are done without a realtor to keep costs as low as possible. You are welcome to use a realtor of your choosing but would be responsible for any associated commissions.
